Can I walk-in for a COVID-19 vaccine?
We are administering Covid vaccines daily Monday through Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm. On-line appointments are encouraged.
How do I schedule an appointment?
- Appointments are scheduled daily Monday through Friday starting at 10:00 am to 4:00pm.

- Sign up and register as a new user.
- Take an eligibility assessment.
- Enter zip code 06710 to find Stoll’s Pharmacy.
- Click confirm to book your appointment.
- Print or email voucher to your email address.
You will receive an email confirmation once you schedule your appointment.
If I don’t meet the eligibility guidelines, can I still make a profile?
Yes. You will be able to maintain your profile with the same username, password and email address which can be used to schedule an appointment when you become eligible for the vaccine.
Can I use the same email for myself and an elderly family member?
Each person scheduling an appointment must register and create a new user account, but you can assign the same email address to multiple accounts.
Is the COVID-19 vaccine free?
Yes. COVID-19 vaccines are provided and administered at no additional cost to patients. Please bring your voucher at the time of your appointment.
How do I reprint my voucher?
Log in to healthmartcovidvaccine.com and select an option to email or print the voucher.
Can I schedule my second dose at the same time as my first dose?
No. If needed, your second dose will be scheduled by the pharmacy at the time you receive your first dose.
What happens if I miss my appointment?
Your appointment will be canceled, and you will need to schedule another appointment.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
- Log into healthmartcovidvaccine.com
- Go to the section in the left column of the home page: COVID-19 Vaccine Assessment
- Click on “Cancel Appointment Time”
- Select “Yes” on “Are you sure you want to cancel this appointment?” option.
Why don’t I see any available appointments in the scheduler?
If you don’t see appointments available, check back soon. Appointment availability is posted several days in advance on a continuous basis. You will be able to see what appointments are available per day.
What should I expect during my visit?
- Check for symptoms. If you aren’t feeling well or showing symptoms (i.e., cough, loss of taste/smell, vomiting/diarrhea), reschedule for a date 14 days after symptoms are gone.
- Go to the pharmacy at the time of your appointment and follow any directional signage.
- Bring your voucher, insurance card (Red, white, and blue Medicare card is needed for those with Medicare), government ID (if applicable), proof of employment (if applicable).
- Wear a mask and social distance when checking in at the pharmacy.
- Be prepared to wait 15-30 minutes after your vaccination for required observation.
- Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
What safety measures will Stoll’s Pharmacy be taking when administering COVID-19 vaccines?
Stoll’s Pharmacy employees will follow CDC safety guidelines including, wearing protective personal equipment while administering the vaccinations.
If you lost your card, you can:
- Contact your vaccination provider to request a copy, or log into the patient portal to view or download your certificate of COVID-19 vaccination.
- If you have an account, log into VAMS and View or Download your Certificate of COVID-19 Vaccination.
- Get your official immunization record through the CT WiZ Public Portal. For more information on how to use this secure portal, visit CONNECTICUT IMMUNIZATION PROGRAM.
- Call (860) 509-7929 to request your official immunization record from the CT Immunization Information System (CT WiZ) at the Department of Public Health (vaccination providers are required to report COVID-19 vaccinations to CT WiZ).
